Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the required wagering is completed.

General Terms for Other Promotions

Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period. Bonuses apply only to games in the category specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Multiple bonuses may not be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.

Right to Cancel Bonuses

If evidence is found that a user is abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or creating artificial betting patterns — 9bet live reserves the right to cancel that bonus and all winnings earned from it.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and betting section. These limits are displayed in the game interface and may change at any time. Requests to set customised limits for individual users are not accepted.

Technical Errors and Voided Games

If a game or round cannot be completed due to a server outage, network issue, or gaming software error, the relevant bet will be voided and the user's stake will be returned. Alleged winnings resulting from technical errors are not automatically counted.

Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, bets are settled after the final result of the match is announced. If a match is cancelled due to rain or another reason, or if the required overs are not completed, 9bet live will determine the outcome of the bet in accordance with applicable sports rules. Odds Changes

Odds changes after a bet is confirmed will not affect the user's bet. However, 9bet live reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds (odds published at arithmetically impossible or abnormal values).

Strictly Prohibited Actions

The following activities are completely prohibited on this platform:

• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by artificial means
• Damaging the system through hacking, malware, or any other technical method
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
• Harassing or inappropriate behaviour towards other users

Consequences

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable.
